05 - Questions
We don't bill insurers directly, but we're happy to provide a detailed invoice and session notes so you can claim reimbursement from your provider. Just ask at your first visit and we'll set the paperwork up for you.
Come in whatever lets you move freely, think gym shorts, leggings, or loose trousers, and a t-shirt or vest. If we're treating your back, neck, or shoulder, a tank top or sports bra helps us assess and treat the area properly.
Yes, for patients who are post-surgical, elderly, or otherwise unable to travel comfortably, we offer home visits across Goregaon and nearby areas. Mention this when you book and we'll confirm availability and a small travel charge.
Most sessions run 45 to 60 minutes, with a longer initial assessment of about 75 minutes so we can properly understand your history and build a plan. Follow-up sessions get tighter and more focused as your treatment progresses.
No referral needed, you can book directly with us for almost every condition we treat. If we ever feel a specialist opinion or imaging would help your recovery, we'll guide you to the right doctor ourselves.
Everything from sports injuries and post-surgical recovery to chronic back and neck pain, posture issues, and neurological conditions like stroke or Parkinson's. If you're unsure whether we can help, send us a message and we'll tell you honestly.
It genuinely depends on the condition, some patients feel real relief in 3 to 4 sessions, others need 10 to 12 weeks for a full recovery plan. We'll give you an honest estimate and clear milestones after your first assessment, not a vague open-ended plan.
We treat both. Children with posture concerns, growth-related pain, or sports injuries are welcome, and we adjust our approach and communication to suit their age. A parent or guardian is welcome to stay in the room throughout.
