A familiar care conversation, wherever you are in Canada.
Share relevant context and discuss suitable, general exercise education with Dr. Jyoti. Any need for diagnosis, treatment, hands-on testing or urgent evaluation is directed to local care.
Canada spans multiple time zones, and daylight-saving rules vary. The clinic uses your province, city and appointment date to confirm both local time and IST.
Timing is confirmed individually across Canada’s time zones.

Published local price context
C$130–170
Published examples for a private initial physiotherapy assessment. Province, visit length, insurance and specialty influence the fee.
Payment is accepted through Razorpay or local Google Pay (GPay).
For payment from abroad, Razorpay’s international checkout accepts major foreign-issued credit or debit cards directly. “Local Google Pay (GPay)” means UPI-based payment from an Indian bank account—for example, a family member in India paying on the patient’s behalf—not payment from a foreign Google Pay wallet.
Cancel at least 48 hours before an appointment for a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before the appointment receive a 70% refund, and cancellations 6–24 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 6 hours before the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable. These timelines apply to individual appointments, including sessions booked within a package. For package-level changes or refunds of unused sessions, please contact the clinic; the applicable terms will be confirmed directly.
Confirmed before booking
Local prices and the India-based educational service are not like-for-like clinical products.
Designed Around Daily Life
Useful differences, without overstating the service.
Sessions can be conducted in English, Hindi, or Marathi—whichever is most comfortable for you.
01
Coordinate by province and city
The clinic avoids a single ‘Canada time’ and confirms the exact local zone and daylight-saving position.
02
Keep established exercises organised
A remote education session can help you review how an existing home routine fits your present space and schedule.
03
Provincial regulation is respected
Physiotherapy is regulated by province. Local diagnosis and treatment remain with an appropriately registered Canadian professional.
Appropriate Scope
What the conversation can cover.
Exact suitability depends on your location, symptoms, medical history and whether a local professional has already assessed the concern.
General mobility and exercise education
Reviewing previously prescribed exercises
Maintaining a familiar movement routine abroad
Preparing questions and history for local care
Identifying when a local assessment is more appropriate
How It Works
From Canada to a clear first conversation.
01
Confirm location and scope
Share your country, state or province, city and concern. The clinic first checks whether remote exercise education is suitable and can be offered for your location.
02
Agree on session details
The clinic confirms the session format, fee, payment method, video platform and local appointment time before you decide to continue.
03
Join from a clear space
Use a stable phone or laptop connection with enough room to demonstrate movements and follow suitable general exercise instruction.
04
Keep a written summary
After the session, you receive the exercise guidance and next-step recommendations discussed, including local referral when remote support is not appropriate.
Canada Questions
Before you enquire.
Is Dr. Jyoti registered to practise physiotherapy in Canada?+
No. Dr. Jyoti is registered in Maharashtra, India, and does not hold provincial physiotherapy registration in Canada. The clinic checks the patient’s location and does not market the service as Canadian physiotherapy.
Why does my province matter?+
Canadian physiotherapy and health privacy requirements are provincial as well as federal. For example, Ontario requires registration in Ontario to provide virtual physiotherapy to a patient physically located there.
Will extended-health insurance reimburse it?+
Do not assume so. Many plans require a locally registered provider and specific receipts. Ask your insurer before booking; the clinic confirms available documentation and fees first.
How are pricing and payment handled?+
The first remote session is free. Individual follow-up sessions cost ₹2,000. Packages are available at ₹20,000 for 15 sessions over 3 months, ₹30,000 for 25 sessions over 6 months, and ₹50,000 for 60 sessions over 12 months. The clinic confirms the fee and available international payment method in writing before you book. No foreign-currency price, package saving or exchange rate is promised on this page.
What happens if I need hands-on assessment or urgent care?+
You will be directed to an appropriately registered professional in your location. Sudden weakness, severe or rapidly worsening pain, breathing difficulty, loss of bladder or bowel control, a new major injury or other urgent symptoms should not wait for an online exercise session.
How are reports and personal information shared?+
The clinic confirms the video platform and document-sharing method before you send records. Share only information relevant to the session and ask the clinic how it will be stored, used and deleted.
