For payment from abroad, Razorpay’s international checkout accepts major foreign-issued credit or debit cards directly. “Local Google Pay (GPay)” means UPI-based payment from an Indian bank account—for example, a family member in India paying on the patient’s behalf—not payment from a foreign Google Pay wallet.
Cancel at least 48 hours before an appointment for a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before the appointment receive a 70% refund, and cancellations 6–24 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 6 hours before the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable. These timelines apply to individual appointments, including sessions booked within a package. For package-level changes or refunds of unused sessions, please contact the clinic; the applicable terms will be confirmed directly.
